Remember, I am the old fart--the burnout--you alluded to, so I know nothing about techno biz, but just assumed from your tone and attitude, you are a computer literate punk (in a good way--wish I knew half as much)...so, I am sure with what you know, you can figure out what I was getting at, but it's all besides the point.

If someone runs some site for the "greater good" (ie, as a resource for access to materials [books, music, whatever], and they put up some guidelines, then why wouldn't it make sense to follow them? This is separate from the motivation behind someone like Bob that intrudes now and again...

It's just polite human behavior, right?

God bless this site for sharing live music, seriously.

However, it's kinda like trying to ignore the elephant in the living room when people post "i will send you so and so show" like they have something exclusive, pffft

God Bless Jerry Garcia ... Bobby on the other hand is a disgusting little pig. He's trying to sugar coat his greed by saying it's for his kids pffft lol...fuck him

whoops, my tang got tungled. too much acid.

Dyslexic is what I said, but it typed out bad 'cause I have flashbacks.

This is typed with great diffugulty. It's hard manipulating my fingers. I suffer from chronic GD disorder....

record, pause, play, rewind, play, record, pause, reel-flip, play, record, pause, play, fast forward, eject, reel-change, record, play, pause, record...

nowadays, they call this stuff Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Well, take a historical perspective my friend: if folks hadn't worked diligently for decades, WHAT would YOU have access to, eh? If you grew up in the hard times of the 70s in which every tape of every show take a great deal of effort, you'd have a little more respect for what's behind the largess you so happily wade into...You do know how much work and effort goes into every show here, right? It doesn't just "happen".

So, so a little respect and appreciation, in more meaningful ways than just "God bless this" while saying "DL what I want".

naw, you deserve some credit for being able to go back and forth with me without relying on ad hominem. Even I called you a burnout at one point even though thats not nescesarily a bad thing in my book.
